We highlighted this clash as one of the key battles before the game, and with Dack failing to score or assist while Phillips blocked two shots and made three tackles it’s fair to say that the Yorkshireman was the victor in that duel.

Supporters also agreed with that sentiment as many stated that Phillips pocketed Dack on Saturday.
We can’t knock Dack’s talent or ability as he’s already scored five league goals this season, but it has to be said that he didn’t show his best at Elland Road. That can partly be attributed to the impact that the 23-year-old had in nullifying his game.
